Status Categories:
There are 4 Main Status Categories; In, Out, Research, and Other. These categories assist in tracking your Candidates and their Statuses in the Project Dashboard and Analytics modules. They have implications for sorting candidates by status too. Knowing which statuses are within the In-Contenders category versus the In-Offered category allows the Clockwork Application to sort and report on those statuses as they relate to the progression of the search project and the progression of candidates through the life of a project.
Example: I have added 2nd Interview under the In-Contenders category.
When you click on the status of a candidate, you will see the custom status that was created within the status drop-down window.
*Note: Check the "Editing An Existing Project Type" section in the Project Type visibility article to guide you and make sure the new status appears in your projects.
