Under Deals, you will notice 2 sections, Win-Loss and Deal Projections. To access and use your Deals pages, check out this step by step article.
Analytics: Deals - Win-Loss
The Win-Loss report allows the User to analyze closed deals won/lost over a specific period of time. You have the option of selecting the User, the Date and the Deal Total, Weighted or Count. The graphic shows the number of deals that Passed, was Won or that was Lost - each is color coordinated.
NOTE: The Analytics show deals won/lost by a particular lead.
Analytics: Deals - Deal Projections
Analyze the project value of active deals with expected close dates in the coming 6 months. You have the option of selecting the User and Total w/ a drop down of additional options.
