Companies: Panel Header

To rebrand or change a companies logo and change the Companies Status within Clockwork, please follow the steps below: 

Logo

Pull up the company’s record by searching for the company either in your Companies tab or from the quick search bar. 

Hover the Company icon and the  Edit button will appear to upload the new logo.
Choose the logo file for your client from your computer or drive.

Note and Task

Company Status

You are provided with 3 Default values. You can add a Company Status that suits your needs. 
In the Firm Settings: Configure Tab you can also add Statuses and choose a default for your Companies.

Status Examples:
Active: Has at least one project
Prospect: Never had active project
Inactive: Has had at least one project but not currently active

Export Employee List

The Company Panel Header also provides the ability to Export the People related to the desired Company.
Exported Fields: Person Id, Name, Title, Company name, Start Year, Start Month, End Year, End Month
