Person Panel: Header
Below is a brief overview of the Person Panel header found within the New People View. Add a note or task, view the Person’s LinkedIn, or email and call with a simple click to the action icons below their Profile photo.

Profile Photo
Clicking on the photo in the header to add or edit the profile picture for the record.
Name and Nick Name
Email, Phone, LinkedIn, Note & Task
Send an email, call the Person, view the candidate's LinkedIn profile or add a Task or Note all within the People Panel Header. All Email icons across the application will look for your default mail client or a web browser for composition. You can update your default settings in your user settings in the User Profile. Download VCard
Generate Person Report
An email with a link to download the report will be sent to you.
Share Link
Highlight and copy the hyperlinked name to copy the name with the hyperlink to your clipboard
Click on the copy button to share the record's URL link with your team with ease.
Hyperlinks
Clicking on the blue arrow at the end of the displayed work history will navigate you to the Position Card in the panel.
Clicking on the hyperlinked Company Name will navigate you to the Companies page to view the selected company profile.
Clicking on the blue arrow at the end of the contact details will navigate you to the Contact Information card in the person panel.
Quick Links
Clicking on the hyperlinked projects and deals number in the person's header will navigate to the corresponding card in the Person panel to save you time scrolling through the entire panel.
The header details the highest candidate status for Active and Total projects/searches this person has been considered as a candidate.
Once you click on a hyperlinked number and navigated to the desired card, in this example Deals. There will be an icon at the bottom-right of the card that will guide you back to the top of the header when clicked.
