CSV IMPORT - SECTION 4 | CONFIRM IMPORT

As soon as your import is done, you will want to confirm that your data has populated in Clockwork. 

There are several ways to confirm an import. Each of them will include a link to the contacts that were imported. The links do not expire, they can be used at any point in time in the future to get back to these contacts:

Confirm Import Notification

Imports will appear in your Notifications Center as detailed in our article here

Import Confirmation Email

As soon as your import is done, you will receive an email to confirm that your CSV file contact import has finished. The email will include the number of records that were imported and the number of updated contacts.

Also, where applicable, it will mention each error record that was skipped because of validation errors and why it failed.

If you click on the blue "View your Import" link you will go straight to the CSV import batch:


Confirm Import in Events Tab

The Events View will log the import action. There you can see who imported the file when the import was done, how many people were added, and how many updated. 

It also provides a link to the contacts that were imported.
