View a Person's Files

There are two ways to view a specific Person's files: one through their own Contacts Page, and one from the project they are a candidate for.

In this article, we will show you how to view them from both options with a couple of easy steps.

From the People Menu

1. Head over to your left menu bar and click People to access the list of people in your database. Look for the person you need to view the files of and click on their name to open the Person Panel.

2. Next, scroll to the Documents card. You will then see the list of files that are specific to the person and the files that are specific to the project.

Documents that are specific to this person can be uploaded from here using the Add Document button. You can click the blue Upload button OR drag & drop to upload it to the list. You can also select the nature of the file (resume, references, or others).

All the files that are specific to this person are shown, even if the document is old. However, old documents will not show up in the Projects section (as explained in the next section of this article.) Meanwhile, documents under the Project are also shown.

Please do take note that if you want a file to show up in the Projects area, you will not use the Add File feature from here. Instead, follow the steps in the next section of this article.

From the Projects Menu

3. Another way you can view the Files related to a Person is through the Projects menu. Simple click on Projects in the menu from the left-hand sidebar, and select the project a candidate is involved in.

4. Look for the candidate you are interested in seeing the documents of, and click on their name in Grid View, Long List, or Status Report and scroll to the Documents Card. It should show you all the details about this person, including the documents specific to the project, with a visibility Toggle.

This is also where you can add a document specifically for this project candidacy. Simply click Add Document and select the file you want to upload.
