Grid View: Grid View Sorting
Grid View will let you quickly analyze a large number of Candidates in many different ways. In this article, we will show you how to add and remove columns and how to sort based on the data in those columns.
To access Grid View go to the Projects menu and click on the Project you'd like to work in.
Once you are inside the project, you will see the Candidates tab by default. Find and click on the Grid View option.
After the Grid View loads, you will see all Candidates within the project listed. At the top will be column names that you can click on to sort. When you do click on one, a small arrow will appear to the right of the column name indicating the direction of the sort. Trigger to header of column will sort in ascending then descending order. Columns that can not be sorted: address, bio, compensation, education, email, phone, website.
**Please Note: The multi-sort logic in Grid View:
- When clicking on Status, the candidates will be sorted by Status
- Next, if I click on Name, the candidates will be sorted by Name first then by Status
- Now, click on Rank sort so candidates will be sorted by Rank → Name → Status.
