Why isn't my pendulum mail hook working?

Here we will cover some of the most common Pendulum mail hook problems.

1. You must be sending emails from the email address you use to log in to Clockwork. If the email address you are sending from is not registered inside Clockwork, then the emails will not appear in your Clockwork account.

2. You must be sending emails to an email address that is on the person's contact record in Clockwork. Sending to an email address that does not exist in Clockwork will also cause the Pendulum mail hook to fail.

3. You must be sending emails to a candidate in your firm. Firm user to firm user emails will receive a "Mail Delivery System" failed response.
