Cai: Similar Projects in Strategy View

Creating Similar Project Lists

Clockwork uses an AI-driven matching algorithm to identify projects that are similar to one another based on weighted criteria.

Project-level attributes (70% weighting)
The majority of the similarity score is derived from the project itself, including:

  • Project title
  • Role-based metadata (seniority level and department)

Company-level attributes (30% weighting)
The remaining portion of the score is based on company metadata, including:

  • Industry
  • Specialties
  • Company size
  • Revenue
  • Location

All weighted factors are combined to produce an overall similarity score. Only projects with a minimum match score of 75% or higher are returned. If this threshold is not met, no results are shown. This threshold ensures that only highly relevant and meaningfully aligned projects appear in the results.
