Email Integration

Email integration can be utilized for IMAP configuration with email servers other than Outlook and Google. If you have Outlook or Google you will set-up the Google or 365 specific integration. 

To set-up IMAP email integration, follow the steps below: 

1. Go to Firm Settings

2. Select Settings and then Features

3. Turn on Email Integration. You can also choose to ignore Specific Domains. This selection will exclude entered domains from email integration. 

4. Go to your user Profile

5. Scroll down to the Email Set-up area as shown below and select Sign in with IMAP

6. Input the IMAP settings from your email provider
