How to Select Your Document Folder with Google or 365
The Document Integration makes it easier to manage candidate, client, and project documents across your Clockwork and Google Drive or OneDrive environments. You can share more documents with clients, edit documents without leaving Clockwork, and add documents directly to OneDrive through the manual upload process in Clockwork.
What is explained in the video?
The Integration provides an individual folder for each user that connects Clockwork to the selected Drive. Clockwork encourages making a general "Clockwork Documents" (or your choice of folder title) folder in your Drive and share it with the entire team, and confirm that the folder is not private or restricted.
Once the folder is available to the team and anyone with the link, each team member should navigate to their Drive through Clockwork and select the new "Clockwork Documents" folder created by your team. Once this is accomplished all documents/resumes uploaded into Clockwork will also be stored in the Shared folder.
This will help with ease of use and centralizing all of the documents in one place instead of singular folders by each user.
