Clockwork Chrome Extension

The Clockwork Chrome Extension is designed to streamline your sourcing and save you valuable time on every executive search project. Our enhanced Chrome extension seamlessly integrates with your Clockwork database to help you build your candidate pipeline more efficiently than ever.

NOTE: You will need to be signed into Google Chrome with your Clockwork Account to download the Chrome extension. 

Navigate to the Chrome Web Store via the following link to add the extension to your Chrome Browser.

How To Get Started

Click "Add to Chrome".

You will see a popup asking you to confirm permissions. Click on "Add extension".  

Click on the Manage Extensions (puzzle piece) icon to pin the Clockwork extension to your browser.

Parsing Profiles

Navigate to a LinkedIn profile you wish to import into Clockwork. You have a few options for importing profiles:

Click on the "Clockwork" icon to the right of your screen. You'll be prompted to login to your Clockwork account. 

Upon logging in, choose the firm where you would like to import the profile to.

Then, choose to add the candidate to your People database OR to a specific project.

Once you add the candidate to your firm, you'll see the following window where you can view the last enriched date, see if the record already exists in your database (preventing duplicates), and add the record to a specific project.

Import by Page Menu

Right-click on the LinkedIn profile and select "Add to Clockwork".

Click on the Clockwork extension icon and paste the LinkedIn URL of the profile you intend to import. Then, click "Add to Clockwork".

NOTE: The Chrome extension is currently pulling information from LinkedIn Public Profiles without connection consideration. It takes the URL of the LinkedIn profile and pulls the information into your Clockwork database. We are always working on ways to make the process seamless and will continue to make improvements to the browser extension.
