Custom Fields: Opt-In

The "Self Identification" should be marked in your Firm Settings if you want those options to appear in the Self Identification Form. 

After the Custom Field options are created and marked Self ID, Users have the flexibility to add their own message to confirm Self ID from candidates as they fill out their Submit Interest Form.

Opt-In is only a Self Identification option and should only be Single Select. Selecting the Opt-In button will solidify the candidates choice between opting-in and opting-out of identification while submitting interest. Once that selection is made by the candidate, Users do not have the ability to alter that choice

If a User has previously selected Opt-Out and is now submitting a new Interest Form to a different project, and then chooses to Opt-In then that will overwrite any Opt-Out selections previously chosen.

Include on Dashboard

Include on Dashboard will turn this Custom Field to a chart on your Product Dashboard. This will allow you to track your results regularly, to see how many candidates have Opt-In or Opt-Out of this Custom Field.
