Candidate Portal: Firm Settings
The Candidate Portal is an Add On Service for Pro Tier Firms. The Candidate Portal selections must be requested and turned on by the Firms’ Account Manager. The Candidate Portal can only be accessed by users with Admin or Partner permissions.
Clockwork wants to help Users become GDPR Compliant in a flash. This feature also allows Candidates to manage their data directly.
After toggling on Candidate view in the Firm Settings, the Firm User will be able to see all updates the candidate has made to their data.
Candidate Visibility Defaults
Once enabled, navigate to your Firm Settings.
Inside of the Settings tab, click on the “Candidate Login” dropdown to view the Candidate Visibility Defaults.
In this section you will be able to enter your Firm’s website and the direct link to your Privacy Policy. There is an option to set a cadence of 24 Hours, 7 Days, or 30 Days reminders to help make sure you are GDPR/Privacy Policy Compliant.
Users with Partner or Admin roles can set default view permissions for Candidates logged into the system. You may edit your Candidate Default Visibility settings at any time.
Candidate View Settings
The "Interest Selection" and "Self Identification" should be marked in your Firm Settings if you want those options to appear in the Candidate Login.
Even though the custom fields are created and marked, candidates have to give permission to Firms to use this information and manage their data. If the candidate decides that they do not want to display certain information then they can remove the permissions and Clockwork will remove the data from the Firm environment.
Both options have to be created as separate Custom Fields. Users are able to create their own Interest and Self Identifications according to what they would like to know about the candidates.
The following context for Self Identification and Interest Selection is just an example:
