Projects Section View: Project Details
In this article, you will be shown the features that help you understand what is inside all of your projects from the Section View.

Show Columns
Click the "Gear Icon" and a Show Columns window will appear.
Select which columns you would like to appear in your table.
After selecting your columns, click the Save button to keep your preferences after you leave this page.
Switch Table View
Bulk Edit
Users will be able to Bulk Edit projects by selecting each project you want to edit, or by clicking the “select all” button. The Bulk Edit button will no longer be grayed out.
Click Close after you are done applying your bulk edits.
Once the updates have completed, you will be alerted to refresh your view. Refresh the page to see your People Records with their new values.
User can Add or Remove:
1. Tag
2. Region
3. Country
4. Industry
5. Investor
6. Specialty
7. Firm Team Member
8. Add/Remove Confidential or Internal
9. Do Not Contact
Find People
Users will be able to Find People by selecting each project you want to search, or by clicking the “select all” button.
You will then be navigated to the people view filtered by the selected Projects.
Users can return back to the Projects View by clicking on the Back to Projects link.
Clone Project
The ability to clone one project exactly how it is or alter the beginning stage of the project.
The ability to Include Candidates in the clone, along with their candidate status.
Select the options to also clone the Position and Strategy View.
Sorting
Users can sort by Project Company, Project Title, Project Lead, Start Date, Close Date and Days Active in ascending or descending alphabetical order (notice the arrow pointing up then down).
Number of Projects
Users can see the count of total and selected projects in the header.
Candidate Count
Users will be able to see how many Candidates are on each Project and the Highest Status a candidate has. If more than one Candidates holds the highest status, Users will see the total number of Candidates that hold that status.
Team Colors
Orange = User is for the Project Creator
Blue = User is the Project Lead
You can hover over the symbols in your project and these details will appear.
Client Details
Users can hover over the client team to see their details.
Fee Structure
The Fee Structure Filter is only available IF the user has finance permissions turned on in the Firm Settings: User Tab.
