People: Overview

This article will detail a general overview of the People View.

Click the "People" icon in your Firm Main Menu to be taken to the People view.

Show Columns
Click the "Gear Icon" and a Show Columns window will appear. 

Select which columns you would like to appear in your table.

The headers in the table can be rearranged by clicking & holding the header for 3 seconds. The held header will turn dark grey and then you can drag & drop.

Sort Columns
Sorted from Ascending to Descending Status (notice the arrow pointing up then down).

Please Note

  • Clicking on Resume or LinkedIn icons will open the Resume file or LinkedIn profile in a new tab.
  • Address and Compensation fields will each be combined into single columns for more convenient display.

Save Settings
Click the "Save View" and your selected settings will be saved as a default. The Save View will also save your Filter and Search selections

Click on the Search People button to expand the Filters list

Manage Views
Click on the blue Search People bar to manage your default views. This feature is a User-specific and does not apply to the entire firm.
