Report Not Received

There are 2 possible reasons why you did not receive your export report:

  1. Your report did not successfully export from Clockwork.
  2. Your report successfully exported but did not successfully make it to your inbox. Please keep in mind that larger exports can take some time.

To determine which reason applies please do the following: 

Go to your Events tab and scroll down to the activity log. If you see a line item referencing your recent export, it means the export was successful and you should update your email settings to accept emails from Clockwork. In the meantime, you can download the report from the link in the activity log simply by clicking on it.

If you do not see your recent export in the activity log, you will likely receive an email from Clockwork notifying you that your report export failed. 

Troubleshooting (Missing Candidate Images)If you experience an issue with Candidate images being included in your "Reports with all Candidates" Word (docx) file, please be sure you have the latest version of Word installed. Older versions may not pull the images into the downloaded reports if you are using an older version of Word.

1. Which report did you try to export? 
2. From which project was the export attempted? 
3. What format?
