How We Deliver Support

Clockwork offers online support via email on weekdays between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST. Support Associates are Product Experts, available and trained to quickly and efficiently solve problems.

Phone Support is not offered as we feel that we can provide the best and quickest feedback via online support. The reasons for this is as follows:

  • We are able to quickly access your account and review the issue while providing effective support to each user in a timely manner.
  • We are able to troubleshoot issues at a much faster pace when providing support online. 
  • Access to historical information regarding past issues is extremely important and vital to providing the highest level of support to our Users. Online support gives us the ability to track and record all responses and utilize that information for future issues and resolutions. 
  • Detailed support tickets that provide a high level of information and clarity to our Development team as they troubleshoot issues.
  • Our Knowledge Base is a robust tool that we can guide you through by providing links, screenshots and step by step instruction where needed. In turn we may ask our users for screenshots so we can visually see the issues you are experiencing.
