Grid View: Add Candidates

You can add a Candidate through Grid View.

1. Select a Project from the Project view. You can also use the Quick Search in the upper right corner for faster access.

2. Use the navigation menu to the left and select Grid View

3. Once in Grid View, click Add

4. A new window will populate giving you multiple options for adding Candidates to the Project. The options include: Quick Search People, Add from People, Add from Strategy, Create New Person.

Clicking "Quick Search People" populates a new window allowing for a quick search. Scan through existing people found in your database, check the box next to the Candidate you'd like to add then simply click "Add".

Add from People

Choosing "Add from People" will take you to the People page. There you can click "Add Person" and fill in the needed information. Please note that the Name and LinkedIn URL fields are required.



Add from Strategy

Selecting "Add from Strategy" navigates you to the Strategy page where you can find a person to add by clicking on "Search Within All Categories".


OR by clicking on a Target Companies name. That will lead you to the people inside of those companies to add.

Add from CSV

The CSV upload option includes support for CSVs downloaded directly from LinkedIn Projects. You can use the template provided or simply drag and drop an export from LinkedIn onto the drag and drop region with no edits needed.

Create New Person

Create New Person is another way to add a Candidate to the Project.

Once clicked a new window will open allowing you to add all the details for the new Candidate. Simply fill in the form then click "Add".
