Email Integration: Invalid Credentials

ERROR
When setting up Email Integration, some Users may experience the issue below.
Error: Invalid Credentials (Failure)



TROUBLESHOOTING
1. First check to be sure that you are entering in your Email/Gmail password & not your CW login password. Also be sure that you are entering in the correct Email/Gmail password.

2. Next be sure that the Less Secure Apps its toggled to on. Even if this was toggled during the initial setup, double check it because sometimes this button re-sets and toggles to off.
