Position View: Overview
The Position view inside a project is where your team should enter the following:
1. Job Description
2. Job Requirements
4. Company location
Entering the Job Description and Job Requirements is helpful for a number of reasons:
- It allows you to demonstrate to your client that you are on the same page about the criteria for the position and potential candidates.
- It gives you a script to work from when you are reaching out to potential candidates and pitching the position to them.
- If you or any of your team members missed the kickoff call or want to re-familiarize yourselves with the details of the search project, you can come to this view and get up to speed in no time.
Remove Job Description Upload with No Text
The Job Description Upload is click to Edit. Clicking in the highlighted area above the upload title will open the editing option to add to or remove the attachment.
