Position Tab: Overview
The Position tab inside a project is where your team should enter the following:
1. Job Description
2. Job Requirements
4. Company location
Entering the Job Description and Job Requirements is helpful for a number of reasons:
- It allows you to demonstrate to your client that you are on the same page about the criteria for the position and potential candidates.
- It gives you a script to work from when you are reaching out to potential candidates and pitching the position to them.
- If you or any of your team members missed the kickoff call or want to re-familiarize yourselves with the details of the search project, you can come to this tab and get up to speed in no time.
