It's important to keep our network running well. To ensure optimal functioning, Clockwork undergoes regular system maintenance. Maintenance activities include both routine preventive and ad-hoc corrective activities to ensure proper functioning.

Unless explicitly stated, these routine maintenance activities should have minimal to no possibility of downtime.

To minimize any inconvenience to affected users, Clockwork schedules all regular maintenance activities during the lowest network utilization hours of the day (when the fewest people are online).

Try as we might to limit all network maintenance activities during the above hours, unexpected urgent ad-hoc needs may call for immediate corrective action. In such unforeseen circumstances, we apologize in advance if any downtime occurs. You can be assured that we are working diligently to bring our network online as quickly as possible.
