Accessing the Support Center & Knowledge Base

This article will show you how to access the Clockwork Support Center and Knowledge Base (KB) while you are using the Clockwork Recruiting platform.

1. Click on the circle in the top-right corner that contains your image or initials, then look for the Support option in the drop-down menu:
