When a client misses an invitation email, you may need to resend the invitation. We will show you how to do that here.
1. First, navigate to the Projects page by clicking on the Projects menu option and selecting the Project that your client was invited to:
2. Then, look to the right-hand side where all your invited clients are listed. Look for the small envelope button, or the Reinvite icon, underneath their picture or initials:
3. Clicking on the Reinvite icon will bring up the screen where you can edit the invitation fields and modify your message as needed.
Now is a good time to double check the email address. It can be effective to copy and paste the email in from your email program so there is less chance for typos. When you click on the blue Reinvite button, the email will be sent:
