Team Operations: Monthly Clockwork Activity Report by User
Prompt: Monthly Clockwork Activity Report by User

Frequency: Monthly (first business day)
Connectors: Clockwork Recruiting
Prompt: (copy/paste the prompt below into your chat in your LLM)
Method note: The reliable per-user activity metric is notes authored — use it as the spine and label other counts as approximations.
Step 1 — Session setup: Load business-rules and domain knowledge. Fetch the roster via list_reference_data(data_type=users), keep Partner/Recruiter/Researcher/Admin, build a userId → {name, email, role} map. Fetch note categories → categoryId → name map (note: categoryName is inlined on each note, so you can read it directly).
Step 2 — Walk every project active during the month. Fetch with ?include=client_company. For each, pull candidacy notes and person notes in the window via get_candidacy_notes with begin_time/end_time and include=author.
Step 3 — For each user, compute: Notes logged (total); Notes by category (group by inlined categoryName); Distinct candidacies touched; Distinct projects touched (display as <Company> \ <Project>); Distinct people touched; First and last activity date in the month.
Step 4 — Compare to the prior month and show deltas.
Output: a markdown table sorted by total notes descending, plus a 5-bullet narrative calling out the top performer, the most-improved, anyone down 30%+, and any user with zero activity. Label clearly: "Activity metrics are based on notes authored — the reliable per-user activity metric the connector provides."
Adapt It: Run quarterly for review cycles Break out by role (researchers vs. partners have different note patterns) Add stage-movement activity from status history Focus on a single team member for a 1:1 prep
