Team Operations: Team Activity Leaderboard

Prompt: Team Activity Leaderboard

Description: Internal-facing weekly view of recruiter activity volume across the team for coaching and load-balancing.
Frequency: Weekly
Connectors: Clockwork Recruiting, Slack

Prompt: (copy/paste the prompt below into your chat in your LLM)

Using Clockwork Recruiting, generate a Team Activity Leaderboard for the past 7 days.

Session setup: Load business-rules and domain knowledge. Fetch the team roster via list_reference_data(data_type=users), keep only Partner/Recruiter/Researcher/Admin, and build a userId → {name, email, role} map. This is your attribution reference; don't re-fetch per user.

Method note: The reliable activity metric is notes logged. For each team member, count notes authored in the last 7 days across active projects' candidacies and person records (get_candidacy_notes with a date window and include=author). Fetch projects with ?include=client_company so references display as <Company> \ <Project>. Show totals, week-over-week change, and a per-project breakdown for anyone whose note volume dropped 30%+ vs last week.

Output as a markdown table, then post a friendly summary (top 3 + shoutouts, no callouts) to the #recruiting-team Slack channel as a draft for my review.

Adapt It: Switch to monthly or quarterly Scope to one pod or one partner's reports Add a stage-movement count per person (now available via get_candidacy_status_history) as a second activity signal Drop the Slack step and keep it internal
