When I give you a candidate name, run a conflict check in Clockwork Recruiting.

Step 1 — Resolve the person with search_people. Step 2 — Run run_conflict_check(person_id=...), which returns a GO / CAUTION / STOP verdict and the supporting evidence in one call: do-not-contact flag, prior placement inside the no-poach window (default 24 months — adjust with no_poach_months if our policy differs), and active involvement on another open search.

Then enrich the verdict:

• If the candidate's current employer is the client on any of my active searches, flag it as a client conflict (find the employer via get_person_details(detail_type=positions), is_current = true; check it against list_projects(company_name=...)).
• Pull person tags and candidacy notes for any confidentiality or sensitivity markers.
• For the employer, check company doNotContact and doNotContactEndDate.

Return the GO / CAUTION / STOP verdict at the top, then the supporting evidence.
