When I give you a phone number, use search_people with the number as the query (try it with and without country code, dashes, spaces, and parentheses if the first attempt returns nothing).

If exactly one match: return name, current title, current company, preferred email, preferred phone, and the person's Clockwork ID.

If multiple matches: list all with name, title, company, and ID, and ask which I meant.

If no match: say so plainly and suggest a partial number.
