Build a market map for the role of [role title] across [list of companies or industry segment].
Step 1 — For each company, query Clockwork for people whose current title matches or is adjacent to the target role using search_people (company name or title as query). If you have a LinkedIn URL for a target, use list_people(linkedin_url=...) to check for an exact match before marking them "External — not in Clockwork." Capture name, title, tenure if known, and last interaction.
Step 2 — For each matched person, check doNotContact. If true, flag "DNC" rather than listing as a target.
Step 3 — For companies with thin Clockwork coverage, use WebSearch to identify likely current role holders from public sources, clearly marked "External — not in Clockwork".
Step 4 — Filter out candidacy entries with status.rank < 100 from any Clockwork counts.
Step 5 — Output a table grouped by company: Name | Title | Source (Clockwork / External) | Last Touch | DNC Flag | Notes.
Step 6 — End with a coverage assessment: which companies are well covered in Clockwork and which need sourcing investment.
Adapt It: Add a "movement" column flagging people who recently changed roles Cross-reference against an active search to mark who's already in pipeline Produce a tiered target list (A/B/C) rather than a flat map Focus on diversity dimensions your firm captures via tags
