Pipeline & Project Health: Stalled Candidacy Recovery
Prompt: Stalled Candidacy Recovery
Description: Identifies candidates stuck in the same stage too long and proposes specific next actions.
Frequency: Weekly
Connectors: Clockwork Recruiting
Prompt: (copy/paste the prompt below into your chat in your LLM)
Using Clockwork Recruiting, find every candidacy across my active searches where neither the candidacy record nor any note has been touched in 10+ days.
Pull my searches with list_projects(user_id=<me>, status=active, include=client_company). For each, list candidacies and pull the most recent note per candidacy. To pinpoint exactly how long a candidate has been in their current stage, use get_candidacy_status_history — the most recent transition date is the true stage-entry date.
Filter out candidacies with status.rank < 100 (references and benchmarks).
For each stalled candidacy, output: <Company> \ <Project>, candidate name, status.name (current stage), days in current stage (from status history), days since last note, last note (date + author + 1-line summary), and a suggested next action (e.g., "Nudge client", "Re-engage candidate", "Move to declined").
Sort by days-since-last-activity descending. Group by project.
Adapt It: Tighten or loosen the threshold (7 vs. 14 days) Scope to a single search before a client call Focus only on client-facing stages (status.rank >= 1300) where stalls cost the most Have it draft the nudge emails/notes for the top stalled candidates
