Daily Workflows: Smart Inbox Triaging for Executive Recruiting
Prompt: Smart Inbox Triaging For Executive Recruiting
Description: Scans my inbox each morning, cross-references senders against Clockwork, and tells me which emails matter most and why.
Frequency: Daily
Connectors: Gmail / Outlook, Clockwork Recruiting
Prompt: (copy/paste the prompt below into your chat in your LLM)
Pull all unread emails from my Gmail inbox received since yesterday 5pm. For each sender, look them up in Clockwork Recruiting with search_people (by email), then use list_candidacies(person_id=...) to pull their relationships across all searches in one call.
For each matched person, check doNotContact. If true, flag the email "DNC — review before responding" and do not suggest outreach.
Categorize each email: Active candidate, Active client, Past placement, BD target, Internal team, Other.
For the first four categories, surface: the relevant search(es) as <Company> \ <Project>, candidacy status.name or client role, and a one-line "why this matters today". Suggest a recommended action (Reply now / Schedule reply / Delegate / Archive) and, where useful, draft a 2–3 sentence reply.
Output as a markdown triage list, sorted by priority. Skip newsletters and automated notifications.
Adapt It: Limit to a single label or VIP-sender list Auto-draft replies for every "Reply now" item; widen to the last 24–48 hours Fold in calendar context so emails tied to today's meetings rank highest
