Getting Started: LLM Prompt Playbook
Clockwork Recruiting - LLM Prompt Playbook
Below is a working library and examples of LLM prompts that executive recruiters and their teams can use with Clockwork Recruiting. Each prompt is designed to be pasted into an LLM session that has the Clockwork Recruiting connector (MCP Server) enabled and, where noted, additional connectors such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, LinkedIn, etc.
These AI prompts are meant to serve as a starting point for leveraging AI with Clockwork’s MCP server and your Clockwork data - not finished scripts or a finite list of what is possible. Every prompt is written to leverage your Clockwork data but is intended to be adapted to your firm or use case.
For example, change the time window, the project name, the tone, the output format, or the scope and the same prompt does a different job with relevant outputs depending upon your request. Each prompt section below includes:
- Title - the action you are looking to prompt AI with
- Description - a summary of what you are prompting AI to execute
- Frequency - a suggested time-frame for running this prompt
- Connectors used - tools you may want to connect for more seamless outputs
- Prompt (copy/paste ready) - The prompt itself along with the steps to refine and define the directive for AI.
- Adapt it - a note listing some of the different directions you can take the prompt.
Treat the following prompt library as a set of building blocks you can combine to fit how you run your executive search process and the necessary actions you can take leveraging AI and your Clockwork data. Make sure that when copy and pasting the prompt into your LLM, that you insert the appropriate project, candidate, client name or information, etc.
For using the prompt itself, we recommend copying the text within the section that is outlined in grey. This will include the top-level prompt as well as a series of steps and directives to provide your AI platform additional instruction and context.
