Cai - Ai Rating and Notes

CAI (Clockwork AI) searches through the person record: Resume, Bio, Work History, Contact Details, Notes (limited to 2 years of notes) and email tab (365 integration or Google integration with Clockwork) to produce the results.

NOTE: CAI Notes and Ratings are limited to 50 candidates at a time.

Once you are inside of the relevant project, navigate to Grid View. 
You can single or bulk select the candidates and click on the +Add button.

There is required information for the project profile in order for CAI to be able to generate the Assessment note and Ratings. Below is an example of an error message received when a project does not meet CAI requirements.

Successfully generated CAI notes:

Once the process has been completed, you will be notified.
You then navigate to Grid View and will see the candidate ratings prepopulated.  

CAI notes will be formatted the same way every time. The note format is as follows. You can still make manual edits to the note which CAI generated.
