Long List: Feedback and Comments

This article will dive into the Feedback and Comments columns in Long List. Users and Clients can now easily leave their reactions and comment on each candidate which are viewable at a glance without having to comb through the entire candidate panel.

Feedback

User can leave a thumbs up/down on each candidate that will display the total count for each selected Feedback. Hover over each icon to see who has reacted.

Comments

Leaving a comment on candidates, saving users time by being able to create and see comments at the click of a button, instead of navigating into a candidate's panel to see their notes.

While creating the comment, there is a visibility toggle for clients. Users also have the option to email the project team and client the comment.

Selecting "Email Client" will automatically toggle the comment visibility ON.

Once the comment is saved there will be a number icon displaying how many comments are on that candidate record. If a user has also left a reaction then their reaction is shown after the comment.

Users can only edit/delete their own comment. Click on the comment symbol and hover over the desired comment you would like to edit/delete.

Visibility

Users with a Partner or Admin role can enable this feature for all users from the Firm Settings: Settings tab.

Project: Admin View settings, under Long List. Default state is OFF when enabled from the Firm Settings.
