Project View: Candidate Search

The Candidate Search is an improved search function that will bring consistency to your search options in multiple views inside of your Project.

In Status Report, Long List, and Grid View there will be a blue button to open the search Panel, in the upper-right corner.

Clicking on the button will open/close the side panels with filters.
**Please Note: In Grid View:

Once your filters and search options have been selected, the page will load 20 records at a time to help with the browser capacity. This allows Grid View to support any quantity of candidates in a project.
You can still "select all" but while scrolling the page will load 20 records at a time.

Name and Keyword Search

Users can filter by Name and Keywords related to the candidate record.
*Please Note: To complete the search press Tab or Enter to pill and Double Enter to search.

Status

Users can search and select multiple Candidate Statuses.

Color Category

You can filter by single selecting the desired Color Category.

Visibility

Users can filter by candidate Visibility related to the client view.

Company

You have the capability to multiple select Company names related to the entered name in the panel.
You can filter for:

All - All Candidates with the selected company in their record
Current - Only Candidates with the selected company in their present record
Past - Only Candidates with the selected company in their past record
Undated - Has no date or timeline reference

School

Users can use this filter to search and multi-select between all of the options of Schools.

Job Title

Users can filter by Job Title. The time frame of the Job Title can be selected, just as we see in Company.
Timeframe is based on timeline:

All - All history related to the job title irrespective of the timeline
Current - Current has a timeline which is ongoing or “Present” (Has start date - No end date)
Past - All job titles related to Past, Not Current (Only previous job titles)
Undated - Has no date or timeline reference

Last Update

The Last Update filter will provide results from the last time a candidate’s information was updated, made visible/hidden, Note was left on record, Status Update, etc.
