Companies: Table Interactions

The new Companies View is displayed as an identical look as people and grid view. The Companies View uses the same Table Interactions along with search capabilities. This article will guide you through the interactions and panel selections available in this view.

The header of the grid options has default options selected. You can update your own options and save them as a default.

Selected columns are displayed in the grid table:
Columns are: Status, 6º, People, Projects, Deals, Preferred Website, Preferred Email, Preferred Phone, Preferred Address, Created Date, Created By, Last Updated Date, Updated By, Investors, Preferred Industry, Preferred Specialty, Region, Country, DNC End Date, Document, LinkedIn, Relationship, Tags

People is the count of people that has or had the company as their place of work either currently or in the past. Clicking on the count, opens up the list of people in a panel. Current people will be displayed first. Clicking on the individual person opens their person record.

Number of Active Projects is the count of active projects with the specified company. Clicking on the Active Project number opens up a list of projects in a panel.

Last Updated Date is the date the record was last updated

Six degrees (6°) requirements:

  • Has been on a Project
  • Has a note on their record
  • Is a Client
  • Is a Target of a deal

AND

  • Has the Specific company as their current place of work
