Third Party Landing Page

In this Support article, we will guide you through the changes that you will see when importing candidates into Clockwork with a Third Party Extension

Landing Page is now People View with the Person Panel open and the notes section displayed.

User’s can now add candidates to a project immediately after importing. You can also see which Projects candidates may already be a part of.

The Person Panel keeps the same interactions that can normally be seen in the Person or Candidate Panel. The congruent Support article can be found here.

When a candidate is imported and the application notices a possible duplicate, then you will see two panels open, on top of each other. You will be able to interact and slide the panels to match them up and see what information is old or new.

After you decide to Ignore or Merge the records then please provide the allotted time for the action to complete. 

*Please Note: You do have 10 seconds to also UNDO the action.
