Finance: Client Report

The Finance: Client Report is an Add On Service for Pro Tier Firms. The Finance Tab selection must be requested and turned on by the Firms’ Account Manager.

In this article we will detail the functions inside of the Client Report. Client Companies will be added to the Finance Client Report with data that is retrieved from the Project Fee Card. If a client company has more than one project with a recorded project fee, their values are summed.
Only Finance Permissioned Users can see the Client Report.

Users can edit the Client Report table: sort, move, and save columns.

Once those Columns are saved then you can sort your order in a Ascending/Descending view.

Current Value Per clients included in the table. Current Value is the sum of all Project Fee Per Clients in the filtered range.

Total Paid is the sum of all Amounts Paid by each Client. Amount Paid is retrieved from the Payment Schedule Table.
If the total has more than one currency included, popover the asterisk for included details.

Total Outstanding is the sum of all Payments Outstanding per Project per Client.
Outstanding is retrieved from the Payment Schedule Table.

Lifetime Value (LTV) is the sum of a client’s project fees since the beginning of their engagement with the firm (all time).

Firm Team will add the count of Firm Users across all client-specific projects to the Finance Report.

Client Team Members across all client-specific projects specific to the Finance Report.

All counts of Projects per Client included in the table.

Average value of projects are the Total Value of Project (total Project Fees in the filtered range) divided by the Total Projects (count of Projects in the filtered range).

Users can filter by currency.  

Users can filter by Client Company which is retrieved from your Projects database.

Users can filter by Projects.

Users can filter by preset or custom Dates.
Date Range: Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last Month, Last Quarter, Last Year, Since Inception.
