Candidate Portal: Compliance View

In this article, Users will see that the Compliance View allows firms to know they are compliant with Privacy Policy.

Begin by navigating to the Compliance view under Compliance to see the Compliance Table that includes:
Compliance Notice, Sent Date, Total Sent, Delivered, Opens, Clicks, Bounced, Dropped, Spam Report, Deferred.

Note: Compliance table is populated by mail sent via compliance cadence.

Users can sort the Compliance Table by Date and Subject Line.

Clicking the Compliance Notice opens a side panel detailing the Email Statuses of the emails sent to candidates.

Users can download the Compliance Table.
