Candidate Portal: Candidate Users

In the Candidate Users tab, Users will be able to navigate through the candidate with ease and confirm if a candidate has activated their account. The user can also send the Candidate Users URL so the access link to the portal can be at the top of their inbox.

Candidate Users Table includes the following columns:
Name, Role, Email, Company, Activated Date, Active Projects, Closed projects.

Click or tap on the Candidate Users’ names to open up the Person/Candidate Record Panel.

Users can click or tap the Active project number to see Candidate’s projects in the person panel. The candidate’s Rank Number, Status, Visibility, Date Added and Last Update Date within the project can be identified in the same card.

Click the ellipses of your desired candidate to send an Access link directly to the Candidate Users Portal. 

Use the search box to filter Candidates by all table fields.

The Candidates Users list can be exported and downloaded.
