Clients: Spam Filters Messaging

If your client is unable to view your Clockwork invite, they may need to adjust their spam filter settings. Below is a message that can be sent to your client:

Before we begin working together, I want to make sure we are set up for success. I am using Clockwork Recruiting as my software for this search. With Clockwork you will be able to login to your search anytime to view progress made and make comments on potential candidates. I want you to be able to have access to this feature, so to ensure there are no issues with spam filters, please see the following steps to add Clockwork as a safe sender:

Gmail:

  • Go to your Settings
  • Click ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ tab
  • Click ‘Create a New Filter’

  • Select ‘Never send it to Spam’ then click ‘Create Filter’

Outlook:
