Delete a Project

By the end of this article, you will know how to successfully delete any project in your Firm.

In order to delete a project, the first thing that needs to be done is delete all of the notes attached to that project. Once inside the desired project, click on Dashboard and then scroll down to the notes section and click the menu button to “Delete”. 

The next step is to remove each candidate from the project. Users can remove all candidates at once in Grid View by selecting the “Select All” box in the upper-left corner. 

Then, change the Status to Remove From Project and click “Done” that will change the status for all selected candidates and remove them from the project.

Click on Admin and update the Project Status to reflect the reason for deleting the project. Once the status is updated from Active or Pitch then the Delete button will appear. 

If the Delete button is greyed out then hovering over the button will detail what needs to be removed before this can be accomplished.

After selecting “Delete” and confirming, the project will be deleted.
