Grid View: Bulk Resume Upload

Users of Clockwork can upload multiple resumes at once, directly into a Project, by using the Parse Resume option in New Grid View. Follow these few short steps below for you to successfully accomplish this:

Once you are inside of your project, click on Grid View:

Click the blue Add button in the top right corner:

Click Parse Resume, as it is the last selection of the pop up:

Then, a pop up will appear with the detailed message of how the process will complete.  In the blue area, you will be able to drag and drop as many files as you like and select “Import”.

Once all the files are uploaded, parsed, and indexed then the new Candidates will be added to your Project and your People Database. Once the upload has completed you can refresh the page to see your newly added candidates. This can take some time depending on the number of files you choose to upload, so please allow for some grace through the parsing and indexing process.
