This View offers you a way to see the list of target companies that your Firm has identified as the best targets for sourcing based on the Position you are looking to fill. It typically outlines the who, what, where and how of your project. Your Firm will communicate the Overarching Strategy using the Strategy Section, the Project profile is helpful to keep everyone on the same page about where this position is being filled. This helps to inform your Target List. 

The Target List is a list of companies you are open to sourcing the best Talent from.
